About Rebalance Physio & Pilates

We've been around since 2015, providing high-quality physiotherapy and Pilates classes, and now we're so happy to be focusing on helping our community in Engadine.

Our instructors are qualified physiotherapists who have completed rigorous certification through Polestar Pilates International. We are passionate about helping people understand how to move well because we've seen how valuable it can be, in our own lives, and in our patients' lives. We've grown stronger and have overcome pain points through exercise, and we want to share this with you, so you can handle life's challenges with greater ease and strength.

ur physiotherapists have an extensive knowledge of anatomy, bio-mechanics, and the latest in physiotherapy research. We combine this knowledge with our Pilates training to design core-strengthening programs that are therapeutic and beneficial for everyone. We pay close attention to technique because we know that an exercise is only useful if it's performed well.

Sue has more than 20 years’ experience as a physiotherapist and has been teaching Pilates for over 15 years. She completed her training at the University of South Australia in 1997, and is a Polestar-certified Pilates instructor.

Sue has a special interest in treating complex and chronic conditions. She has undertaken extensive postgraduate training and is a certified practitioner of the Integrated Systems Model. Sue is committed to finding the underlying cause of her patients’ symptoms.

Sue is passionate about the importance of regaining good movement as a key component of recovery and loves teaching people how to move well.

Natalia trained as a physiotherapist at the University of Sydney in 2011, and has also completed her Polestar Pilates instructor certification. 

Natalia has always enjoyed combining her work in physiotherapy and Pilates. She's seen the benefit of Pilates as it helped her overcome her own long-standing back pain, and she's worked with a broad spectrum of clients to help them with rehabilitation from injuries, or improve their strength and fitness.  

Natalia leads private and small-group CoreFit classes, where she works closely with individual clients to help them achieve their goals. She also leads group mat classes, where she can tailor the repertoire of exercises to the different needs of the people in the group.

In her free time, Natalia is a busy mum to a teenager and a toddler. She loves camping, travelling and running - she dreams of finishing a marathon one day!

EMMA ROGERS

Emma is a new-graduate physiotherapist, having recently completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at UTS. Prior to that, Emma studied a Bachelor of Science majoring in Medical Biotechnology at the University of Wollongong.
 
Emma grew up in Orange, NSW, where she became a frequent visitor to the physiotherapy clinic, thanks to her activities as a gymnast, netballer and triathlete. Emma has worked for the AFL as a sports trainer, as well as supporting amateur sportspeople in gymnastics and women’s rugby. She has a passion for women’s health – it’s an area where there’s a growing awareness about women's conditions, whereas previously there was little help for these issues. Emma is keen to empower women to understand their bodies and how they can help themselves, rather than just suffer in silence. She loves seeing people progress, gain confidence and achieve goals through treatment.
 
Outside work, Emma is a bookworm who loves a good novel, especially when she can curl up with her kitten, Hazel. Emma also loves spending time with family and friends, and enjoying fun group activities – the latest being a painting class!
