Book your Studio Initial session
In your studio initial session, your instructor will work with you to assess your current fitness, as well as your needs and goals. You'll learn some of the basic techniques needed to develop a strong core, and your physiotherapist will begin to tailor a plan to your needs.
Once you've completed your initial studio assessment, we recommend that you also complete at least one private studio session before going into a group studio session.
