Cancellation Policy Same-day cancellations for small group classes will incur the full class fee. We are happy to accommodate a make-up session by joining another class within 7 days at no extra charge. PAYG Clients: The cost of the class will be invoiced in the event of a cancellation. Access to future classes will be restricted until outstanding fees are settled 10 Block Bookings: you will need to redeem your pass within 1 week. If you are unable to do so, we will remove that pass out of your block.
The 10 week pilates blocks have a 14 week expiry. This means you have 14 weeks to use your 10 classes. If you are going away on holidays for more than 2 weeks, we will extend your block by the number of weeks you are away beyond the 2 week period.
Please note Mat/Circuit passes will not be credited if you have not used up all your passes by the expiry date.
Physiotherapy Appointments: to better accommodate all our clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to your physiotherapy appointment. As we often have waiting lists for appointments, providing advance notice enables us to offer these slots to other clients in need. In the case we receive less than 24 hours notice, we kindly ask you to pay the cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the total cost of the appointment.
