Mat classes
Pilates exercises might look simple, but you'll get the best value from them if you really understand how to use your deep, core muscles to support you as you perform each movement. When you train these core muscles, you'll find that you continue to use them to support you in everyday activities like walking, standing, or sitting. You'll begin to carry yourself with better posture, move in a lighter, easier way, and reduce pain. 

To really understand how to use your core muscles, you'll need the expert guidance of one of our Pilates-accredited physiotherapists. At our studio in Engadine, we offer a range of sessions where you'll be able to learn how to complete your Pilates exercises safely and effectively.

Private classes

Work one-on-one with our physiotherapists to learn how to perform exercises specific to your needs and goals, and ensure you're using the right muscles. You'll work on Pilates and other equipment, performing physiotherapy-based exercises. If needed, your physiotherapist may use a real-time ultrasound machine to help you learn how to activate your core muscles.

We recommend that you undertake 1-2 private sessions before moving into a circuit or other group class. 

Semi-private classes

Work in a small group of up to two people using Pilates and other equipment, led by a physiotherapist. This is the same as a small-group class with a higher level of supervision.

Small-group classes

A small group of up to four people using Pilates and other equipment, led by a physiotherapist. Your physiotherapist will create a core strengthening program tailored to your needs and goals.
