Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to change. We will provide notice in advance of a fee change. On occasion, there may be discounts/credits applied that certain individuals are privy to for example applying a credit to an individual's account for referring a client.
Consent
By attending your appointment with your physiotherapist, you are providing implied consent to the assessment of your condition. Your therapist will seek further consent to commence treatment.
Personal Information Handling
ReBalance Physio & Pilates collects information for a number of reasons, including but not limited to diagnosis and treatment, marketing, personal communication and performance metrics. By attending our Studio, you give consent to ReBalance Physio & Pilates to use them in a respectful manner and in adherence with Australian Privacy Laws.
Communication
ReBalance Physio & Pilates will use your details to be in contact with you for, but not limited to, appointment reminders, updates and marketing emails. Each of our communication methods gives you the opportunity to unsubscribe. Alternatively, you can contact the ReBalance team to be taken off the mailing list. Payment
Payments are to be made at the day of consultation. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards and private insurance cards from approved insurers. ReBalance Physio & Pilates reserves the right to charge a credit card fee.
ReBalance Physio & Pilates reserves the right to invoice cancellation fees to a nominated email address, provided the individual has given us their written consent by signing the terms of service form, this includes the online form.
Cancellation and Late Appointments
All appointments that require moving or canceling should be made at least 24 hours in advance. ReBalance Physio & Pilates reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of a physiotherapy appointment and a full class cost fee for small group pilates classes. If you are running late for an appointment, depending on your therapist’s availability you may or may not receive the full scheduled length of your appointment.
Complaints
All clients have the opportunity to raise a formal and informal complaint to the Studio’s email address, phone number or via letter. All complaints will be processed promptly and you will be notified of the outcome.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
GST is applied to relevant items and will be included in the fee for the product. Our health care services are exempt from GST, however we may charge GST on top of any items you may purchase from our studio.
